- Realism------ Payments -For the protection of myself and my time, I require all commissions to be paid in half when I accept the commission, and the other half when I send through the first draft. This is to prevent loss of contact with the commissioner or if the commissioner were to disappear with a rough draft without paying.Thank you for understanding!------ Commercial Use -My Commissioners have full right to use their piece as they please, as long as I am credited when used! However, these artworks are only allowed to be used by the commissioner!Commercial Use includes: Merchandise, Art used for any business-related work or original websites, promotional material (CDs, books, social media, animations, icons, etc.), or even other assets for Youtube.------ Refund Policy -As of current, there is no refund policy after receiving the first draft of the artwork and approving it. Once first draft is approved and payment received, there------ Edits/Deadlines -Depending on my schedule, I can't work well on deadlines as I can't guarantee I will have allocated time. Depending on your piece and how busy I am can vary the time it takes, sometimes commissions can be done within a week, or several Months at worst.If you have any concerns about your piece, you are welcome to contact me about progress and some progress shots! (But please do not constantly harass me about it.)As for Editing/revisions of your artwork! I allow 2 to 4 revisions and changes during the Sketching/Lineart stages, such as changes of poses/expressions or corrections. Any major changes requested past the other stages will be charged an extra fee of $10 minimum, to $30 depending on how big of a change you want.------ Permissions/Copyright -You are allowed to use the Commissioned piece for various social media platforms (ie, featuring it in a pose, Profile pictures) given that I am credited!You are not allowed to either trace/copy/edit or modify my artworks without my consent.I have the right to post your finished commission with my Signature/watermark on any of my social media sites or to be used in examples. (However, if you would not like me to post it, please tell me beforehand!)-----When Commissioning me, means that you have agreed to my Terms of Service!Any Commission that violates any of my terms will be cancelled immediately.Thank you so much for taking the time to read my Terms of Service!
